Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your feelings and concerns.

I agree that men who engage in such inappropriate behavior on the job should be subject to disciplinary action -- if not summarily fired. It's sexual harassment, pure and simple. And rules against sexual harassment should apply to how employees treat anyone (including passersby) while on the job, not just coworkers.

And yes, decent men need to put pressure on our male friends, colleagues, and relatives who behave that way. To stay silent in the presence of that is a sin of omission -- i.e., failing to do what we should do.
